FINANCING A HOME IN THE UNITED STATES

US CITZENS:

The United States has the most systematic process of creating mortgage and home loans. With a wide variety of products and terms, home ownership is available to most citizens. Many buy homes with $0 down and with some products we can use stated income and assets in to get homes financed. Payment rates can start as low as 1% for an ARM but we have every product available to meet the customer’s needs. FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse Mortgages, Non-owner occupied mortgages, Second Homes, Bridge Loans, Commercial Loans, Second Mortgages, Construction Loans and more. For your specific needs Please call us at (720) 348-6250.

RESIDENT ALIENS:

In the United States there are many mortgage options for resident aliens to purchase homes. They may have the same ability and loan programs to buy homes as do US citizens. This is dependent how long the person has lived and worked in the US, and what type of work visa they have been using.

NON-RESIDENT ALIENS:

Non-resident aliens can obtain mortgages to buy and own homes in the US also, but the terms and programs will be different from citizens and resident aliens. Many times a non-resident alien will have to have more money down or equity in a property. Many mortgage products also require proof of assets or credit in the US . Products are available for those who do not have assets or credit in the US, but they can be even more restrictive.
